Are you a newcomer to Avalon Shores? Please let us know by sending us a message that includes your name, address, and preferred phone number. We'd like to contact you to provide you with a newcomer's package of information.
In the meanwhile, go to the PUBLIC DOWNLOADS tab and open the NEW RESIDENT INFORMATION folder to view and/or download a document containing helpful orientation information, such as how to obtain a resident windshield decal for use at the community beach and boat ramp, information on weekly curbside waste collection, county dog laws, the community fishing pier, and more.
Do you know someone else who is a newcomer to the community (a homeowner or renter)? Please ask them to contact us via this route so we can also deliver a welcome package to them.
